Personal Note by Mary

I am very grateful for the many opportunities I have had since January 2005 to interact with Imago therapists, board members, presenters, and staff. For the following articles in particular, dozens of Imago community members took time to respond to the community outreach survey, take phone interviews, and review draft materials. My role is to support Tim and IRI’s efforts to enhance marketing, outreach and education programs with the goal of bringing Imago workshops and training to more individuals, couples, and parents. I am currently working on pieces that Lori and I hope to place in magazines and journals. These include an account of my profound experience in the couples workshop given by Carol Kramer-Slepian and Steve Slepian this past Valentine’s Day weekend; and a piece on how Imago addresses parenting issues, for which I am hoping to speak with those who are doing Parenting Workshops. I welcome you to contact me at giovinazzomary@yahoo.com with ideas or stories you would like to share about your Imago work.
